Be absolutely clear which item(s) you wish.
2.	If you are sending an order by email, include your email address as well (if different from the one you use to send the order). If you are sending an order by post, include your email address and I will send you an invoice via email. If you wish the invoice to be sent via the post, enclose a stamped addressed envelope with the order.
3.	Once your order is received, I will send you an invoice by email or post (if I have received an sae with the order). The invoices are all pro forma - goods supplied upon receipt of cleared payment.
4.	Payment can be by
	(1) Postal orders (UK orders. If uncrossed, goods can be sent by return. If crossed, they will be treated as a cheque - six working days wait for clearance).
	(2) Cheques (UK orders - cheques will first have to clear which takes six working days).
	Postal orders or Money orders or cheques should be made payable to S. H. Duke.
	(3) PayPal (see www.paypal.com). (all orders, UK and elsewhere) If buyer is not already an account holder, PayPal accounts are free for the buyer to set up and allow the immediate use of credit and debit cards to make payment. There are, however, charges at my end which the buyer pays. These will be stated in the invoice.

5.	Invoice totals will have posting and packing added. Rates vary depending on item size and weight, quantity, and whether within the U.K., Europe, or elsewhere.
6.	Posters can be folded or rolled. Until relatively recently all posters delivered to cinemas were folded, usually two or three times. This means a quad or 1 sheet finishes as a flat item roughly 10 inches x 15inches. Posters now are rolled, but not always. Rolled posters require postal tubes and folded posters require large reinforced padded envelopes. In both cases, these add to the cost.
7.	Once payment has been received (and cheques etc have cleared), I will send the goods to you in the post. UK posting is by Royal Mail and will usually be by First Class although First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery can be used if required. Special Delivery will be used for orders whose value is high. Posting abroad is also by Royal Mail and will usually be by normal Airmail although Airsure or International Signed For Delivery can be used if required.
8.	Once goods leave me, they are yours. For inland delivery normal Royal Mail compensation covers up to £36. The cost of compensation beyond that can be provided by Special Delivery. Likewise the cost of postage abroad can include the appropriate level of compensation where the value of goods exceeds £36. These costs will be included in the postage on any invoice if required. If you then do not wish this extra compensation, please notify me and I will reduce the invoice accordingly.
9.	If goods arrive with you and they have been damaged in transit, please notify me immediately. Keep all packaging, even damaged parts. If your goods are to be signed for add "packaging damaged" to the signature slot if relevant. I can initiate a claim on your behalf with Royal Mail for compensation if you are abroad or give you the details for you to initiate the claim yourself if you reside in the UK. The claim should be for the invoice total unless that value exceeds £36(inland) or £36 (abroad) and you have asked me not to provide the extra compensation level.
10.	These are second hand goods which are sold and dispatched as described. I am not responsible for damage in transit. Remember also you cannot expect to return goods simply because you change your mind. However, if you receive items from me that are not what you expect, I will accept the goods back and refund your money (less all charges I have incurred in the transaction). I will refund provided (a) you notify me within 48 hours of receipt: (b) you post the goods back to me within 7 days of receipt and (c) I receive the goods in the same condition they were in when I originally sent them to you. Any refund not in GB£ will have to be through PayPal.
